TCR Bio at a Glance
TCR Biotherapeutics is a preclinical biotechnology company focused on transforming the lives of patients burdened with severe and life-threatening autoimmune diseases. We are developing a next-generation pipeline of off-the-shelf and universally compatible therapeutics derived from T Cell receptors (TCR) with the goal of treating autoimmune disease and graft-versus-host disease (GVHD). Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, TCR Biotherapeutics is currently conducting preclinical work ahead of first-in-human clinical trials.
Our Story
At TCR Biotherapeutics, we are ushering in a new era in the treatment of autoimmune diseases. Leveraging our deep expertise in human immunology, molecular biology, and transplantation, TCR Biotherapeutics was founded to further the use of T cells as a foundation for an entirely new class of therapeutics. In 2021, we moved our research laboratory to the UWM Innovation Campus, adjacent to the Medical College of Wisconsin, Versiti Blood Research Institute and Milwaukee Regional Medical Center.

We are passionate about helping patients with autoimmune disease. Our goal is to harness the power of the T cell receptor complex to develop novel immunotherapies. We are building a team of talented and motivated scientists to pursue our collective mission.
